Summer is not a season of spiritual disengagement, rather it’s an opportunity to encounter Jesus in ordinary life — around tables, along roads, among neighbors, and within moments of rest. This summer our Gospel readings from Matthew will explore how Jesus meets people in everyday places: in crowds, in fear, in hospitality, and in weariness. As summer invites slower rhythms, travel, family gatherings, and spiritual renewal, this series will encourage us to recognize Christ’s presence in ordinary life and challenge us to respond with faithful discipleship.
