Our First session will begin September 17th at 9:30 am. Our study for seven weeks will be based on Dallas Willard’s book, The Scandal of the Kingdom-How the Parables of Jesus Revolutionize Life with God. Each student will receive 7 lessons written using information from the book. We will look at how Jesus taught and why He used parables to help people understand God’s kingdom. We will examine parable like characteristics in the book, A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens and Fiddler on the Roof. If interested, contact the church office.
